Residence regulations

PRICE LIST:

Price per person (minimum 2 persons) minimum 30 Euro, maximum 60 Euro

Price per person (single use) minimum 50 Euro, maximum 95 Euro

• Check-in from 17.00 to 19.00 and check-out from 8.00 to 10.00;
• House pets to be agreed upon with additional costs;
• All accommodations are non-smoking;
• Price includes towels, linen, commodities (water, electricity, gas) and wireless internet
• Availability of a cradle for children of 0-2 years at 10€, if with own cradle or baby carriage no additional costs;
• For weekly stays additional cost of 60€ for final cleaning to be paid on-site;
• Additional bed, where possible, at € 15;
• Weekly linen change included;
• Free parking;
• Children under 12 years 50% discount;
• During high seasons stays of minimum 3 days are required;

Availability of personalised holiday package for extended stays to be agreed upon with the direction.

Payment terms:

• 30% down payment of the total amount to be paid through wire transfer to following account:

Cancellation terms:

• For cancellations within 20days before day of arrival the down payment will be returned entirely, after that timeline no return will be granted.
• In case of missing arrival or anticipated leave the entire amount will be charged.
• The booking’s confirmation entails acceptance of our terms.
